Didn't went to work today as i'm having a serious backache. Had sms my manager, Danny but he didn't reply at all. Actually this pain had been with me for years but all along, it wasn't that bad. Till recently, the pain is getting worse therefore i went for a massage yesterday at White Sand and who knows, it got worse today. The pain is just at my back, below my neck portion and is really killing me hard. About 9.30am, darling took me to Elias to see doctor. Doctor claimed that i over stressed myself and had given me had a day MC some medication for relaxing my muscle.
In the noon time, we went out to White Sand SingPost to collect my stuff. After which we spend a few hours there for some groceries shopping and had our late lunch at the KFC. Then we headed back home as i need to prepare an early dinner for darling as he's on night shift today.
