Haven't been smoking since Monday, 07 July 2008, because i wanna QUIT SMOKING. Had this thought in mind long ago since my grandfather passed away few years back as he had lung cancer due to smoking. Stopped for awhile and i'm back to it again, it's really hard to QUIT! Is it because of the NICOTINE contain as what others say??? -wondering-
Then when my beloved daddy passed away on 28 Sept 2007, i also have this thought to QUIT but i can't. The more i think, the more i smoke. I really don't want to let daddy see me smoke, and i can't disappoint my mummy too. Therefore enough is enough, i had to take OUT ALL MY DETERMINATION and SINCERITY to QUIT. I STRONGLY BELIEVE I CAN DO IT! Anyway it merely 3 days only, and i think i really talking BIG here. -wink-
