[COMPANY EVENT] ~Team Building @ Yishun Safra~
Today is a fun and wonderful day for all of us, staff of BEI (Benchmark Electronic IPO Singapore), as we had our company event called Team Building, and everyone had to participate in it.
Therefore instead of going to Loyang, we had to report to HQ which is at Ang Mo Kio. Reached HQ around 8.30am and quickly i went to look my respective team leader for briefing. Each of the team had their indivial colour of our company Polo-Tee and happened that i'm in Orange group, Team A (Each group consist of 20 people and each team consist of 10 people). Not soon after, it time to set off. Off to Yishun Safra for the event.
Settled ourselves in one of the ballroom there, and started our games once the briefing ended.
Programmes-Adventures Outdooor Games that we had for the day:
1) BALANCING, 5 people are required to walk through the wire line hand in hand without anyone falling and land on the ground.
[lesson learn: work hand in hand for result]
2) TRUST, The person who's standing on top need to fall back, other team member will use cloth to catch hold of the one who's falling.
[lesson learn: need to trust one another]
3) ROCK CLIMBING
4) TEAM BALANCING, everyone had balance on the piece of wood, something like 'see-saw'
[lesson learn: know how to balance out the work well]
5) CCW, need to walk on wire at about 7 storey tall, which had 4 stages to go through
6) TREASURE HUNT, whereby all of us (whole team) search the whole Yishun Park and Yishun Safra high and low
Ended the day at 5.10pm and home sweet home with arms muscle aching badly due to lack of exercise.
