Time really flies, today is the last day of the year of 2008, 31.12.2008 already. Today i need not report to work as i already stated in my previous post.
Went to White Sand in the afternoon, 2pm to meet up with Judy. Had drinks at Xin Wang and we chatted for quite some times. Then hang around there for some shopping and off we go. Accompanied her to PetFarm to buy some food for her dogs, Coco and Kiara. Supposed to go for Evelyn's wedding dinner at Civil Service Club but cancelled. Due to some reasons so am unable to make it. SORRY EVELYN!
Stayed home for the rest of the day till darling knock off from work. Quickly i get myself prepared and waited for darling to reach home as we're going out to one of the pub at Amoy Street there for countdown.
Ok, time to go out already, will update the Nights out when back.

Went home at 5.30pm sharp as there issn't anything much and the most important is mummy forgot to bring her keys out. Thus after work, we rushed home to open door for her.
Thereafter, we went out, out to East Coast Road, The Vista Bistro. As today is Tuesday, they had the 30cents per chicken wing/ drumlet. Happen to saw Li Guo Huang and his wife there too.
Anyway we had total of 25sets of the chicken wing and drumlets, shared among the 4 of us (papa, mama, darling and i) and 2.5sets of the Erdinger white each. Ended the early night at 9plus.

Today will be the last day of a working week for me. Company wanna cut cost, or can say save cost, thus all the employees are being force to take leave again. This time, is for 2 days on this week, 31.12.2008 Wednesday and 02.01.2009 Friday. Shall plan my 2 days advance leave and use it usefully/ meaningfully.
A good and sunny day just like my feeling. Am feeling happy and ease at work cos Jason is not around. He's being "force" to take leave (this is what he claims) but still is a good thing/ news to me. Was slightly late to work and doing nothing in the office except surfing net for the whole morning.
Just came back lunch with darling and i brought him to Changi Sailing Club. Ordered a plate of fish and chip for him, a plate of Penne Italian mushroom for me, shared clam chowder soup and a mug of beer. Yes!!! I had some beer for lunch. Feeling so good, the only word which can describe is Marvelous! Indeed had a wonderful lunch but the service there is damn lousy.
Actually the place there is quite relax, it will give you a feeling like you are having a holiday despite you're just there for lunch/ dinner. But still, the service is not worth. Moreover consumer had to pay service charge. Anyway it's a pity which they didn't serve me well enough, it will be my first and last time there.

Nice and peaceful day for me during working hours, because there's not much to do and the best part is i knock off at 4.30pm (which is 1 hour earlier). Of cos there's something which i need to do before i go off and that is, housekeeping. I need to sweep the floor for everyone, around our work station.
After work, darling and i went to White Sand to update our passbook, top-up my Ez-link and did some shopping. Bought a black top and a thighs from Giordano which cost me less than $40. Before going home, we bought some food from Old Chang Kee for snacks (now you guys know why the 2 of us so fat already right?).

Something happen at 11pm. Someone, who is damn free came and disturb us (switching off our main power supply) again. This issn't the first time, and the worst part is it had been going on and off for the past 2years. Till now, that someone still did this to us. Even if that "somebody" didn't turn off the switch, he/ she will then take 1 side of our shoe/ slipper (which we put outside our house) and threw it down to the first floor or even hide it up.
Seriously we can't take this anymore, can't let that person keep doing this to us and "enjoying" himself/ herself. Thus i had made a police report last night and now am waiting for the Town Council reply.
***Hope that the police will find a way to snap that person and Town Council will provide me a good solution as to how to prevent my electricity been switch off from that person.***

Turning in bed late last night, we woke up only in the noon time today. Thus, mummy decided not to go grandma's place.
Hence we went to Ikea for brunch. Had chicken wings, kid's meal (meatball) and their today's special set meal.
After which, shopped there for awhile as darling wanna get a plastic stool for car washing. Then we went to Farm way 1 to get some goodies/ stuff for Snoopy.
Happen to saw a shop house selling fresh crab, thus we bought 3 for $16. Back home after buying.
Got mummy to cook dinner early cos darling is on night shift and mummy cooked crabby porridge. Dinner is ready, had it with darling before he went to work then i continue to play pc game.

Stayed home for the whole afternoon, practically doing nothing cos darling is off to work. Till around evening time, 6.30pm then went out with mummy, baby, sam and his gf to PR park for BBQ. As mummy is still a RC member, thus we are invited to go.
Tried my best to find a place for BBQ and cooked some food for family and myself. Darling came over for dinner too and send us back.
After sending mummy and baby home, we went out. Went to Downtown East to watch movie, Yes Man. The show time which we took was at 1.40am cos that was the only slot which is available. Since we still have about 3 hours to go, we went in to the arcade for some games. Played car racing, the Japanese drumming game, 1 new game too (don't know the name of it) and basketball with darling. It was the first time we played till so crazy, and happy.
After a few rounds of game, we headed to jackpot room. This time round we stayed inside, looking at how people played. Then went back to Ehub, bowling area. When it's time, we went back to the cinema for our show.
Suddenly i felt the tiredness inside me. Struggle throughout the show but luckily i did not fall asleep. Rate: 4.5/5

Darling is home, back from work. Went to Geylang with darling for "dim sum" as breakfast at 126. After which, we packet some "char siew pao" and "kong bah pao". Back home to prepare and off to Godma's house for celebration. Brought the "paos" there for everyone to eat. Didn't buy much cos afraid that there might be alot of food.

Relax, enjoyed, eat and played till 8pm then we went back home to watch my Little Nonya.

After dinner with darling at home, it's time for him to go work. Which means i'll have to be alone for countdown. What a night right??? -sad-
Won't be going any friends as all of them go out in pairs and i'm alone so i'll just stay home.

Halfway through watching tv, someone called and he dated me out. So, i agreed to go out with him cos he's alone and moreover, i only wish to stay in pasir ris. Thus, Alvin came all the way down from AMK to PR, and off we go to PR park.
Settled ourselves at WaterCross, as they had games for people to join in the fun. Didn't enjoyed myself as the person whom i wanna be with, is not with me. Still, i've to act happy with Alvin.
Anyway we had 2 jugs of beer which we didn't finished and off we go cos i'm not in the mood.

Conclusion: Didn't know why i will agree to meet Alvin out for the countdown also but i can confirm it won't happen again. Enough of it, nights people!!!

The weather is so cooling, which makes me don't feel like getting out of my bed. Had no choice but to drag myself up for work. Worse thing is, i still have to work for 1 full day cos company do not celebrate this special day.

Darling got me "ai xin" breakfast. He left home while i'm busy preparing to buy Big Breakfast from MacDonald for me. So sweet of him. =) Love him lots!!!
Was 15mins late for work and i got xmas present from Siti. She bought me a chair/ stool which i did mentioned to her before that i need it to place my legs on. So thoughtful of her issn't it? =)
The 2 of them really brighten up my day. Heart them lots!!!
My sweet happiness last for awhile only, cos not soon after, lots of cargoes came in and the bossy act smart Jason started his order. Had a damn busy day till 6pm then knock off.

This morning i woke up as early as darling as i'm gonna prepare him an "ai xin" breakfast. Normally he would always do it for me, thus this time round it's me time to do it. Didn't do any special breakfast for him, what i did is the normal sandwiche which had tuna and egg inside.

Recently our job are cap to the minimum, which means all of us are free. Maybe is because of the holidays which are coming up. Thus have lots of free time at work.
Did a bit of spring cleaning on my work station, by using a kind of soap powder which is provided by Siti. My old table have a new look after cleaning, it looks like a new table, so clean and nice.

Mixture of feeling, tired yet fresh looking. Was late for work but still am ahead of Jason (he walks slower). Practically there's nothing to do at all, and yet i need to act "busy". Thus, surf net for the whole morning, checking out on all the chalet.
Lunch out with darling at Loyang MacDonald. Less than 20minutes we finished up our meal already. We're not hungry, just that we shared Mega Mac Spicy meal and an apple pie.

Knock off 5mins earlier as Jason left office early so decided to "cheat" on company. Darling came to fetch me and off we go to Tampines Mall. Heard from him that Levis is having promotion and i knew he wanted to get himself a new pair of jean so i insisted to go.
Bought 2pairs of jean for only $99, one for him and one for me. In fact we wanted to buy 2pairs each, but due to financial problems, we cut down. Then we window shopped for awhile and went back home to catch my favourite show, Little Nonya.

Slept late last night, and had to wake up darn early today cos i need to fetch darling back from work. So after preparing, i left home at 7.40am together with mummy and baby.
Drove all the way to Tuas Naval Base to pick him up. Time set by him that i had to be there was 8.30am but was 5mins earlier. Waited for about 10-15mins for him there till he came out.
Darling drove us to Tiong Bahru Market for breakfast cos i'm too tired already (only sleep for 3hours the most). Thereafter, we went down to Loyang Tua Pek Gong to pray. It is a must for me to pray as i need to return Tai Sui.
They're offering free check-up, thus darling and i went for it. Then all of us went over to the public free clinic mobile as all of us are down with virus.

Sent mummy and baby home, darling took a bath and off we went out again. Headed to PR park to check out is there any number for us to call and book the bungalow anot (darling's friend say there is). To no valid, no details on it thus we went down to SAF Yatch Club to check it out.
SAF Yatch club are having promotion on 3D2N, and their honeymoon suite only cost $348. So tempting to book but we held back. Hope the HomeTeamNS will get back to us with good new as we wanted to book a bungalow instead.
After checking, we went home to sleep as we're very tired. Slept all the way till today then we wake up. More than 12hours, really had a long and powerful sleep (from sunday till monday morning).

Supposed to go HDB for the registration of flat for the BTO unit at Yishun, but was cancelled. After serious thoughts, i still prefer to stay in PR, nearer to mummy.
Anyway, we also woke up quite early, about 10am as we need to go back (darling's place) for praying. Thus, we got ourselves prepared, and had breakfast at Elias Mall before we went back.
Was a bit late when we reached cos we're supposed to reach before noon. Didn't pray at all cos i not sure can i pray to their ancestor a not. Had lunch there after the praying and left.
Went to DownTown East for a movie and happened to saw Angie (mama) and papa there too. They're also there for a movie. Hence, we watch IP Man together. Feeling happy as this is the first time we catch a movie together, moreover it's fate as we didn't arrange at all.

After movie, darling and i went back home as he need to get prepare for work. Cooked dinner for him while he's preparing. Then when he's done, i sent him to work.
Half way throughout the driving journey, i felt uncomfortable. Something seems to go into my eyes. Luckily i'm still able to drive home safetly. Waited for mummy quite sometime as i'm picking her up to Giant.
Did some shopping with mummy and baby at Giant then back home.

Only 6.30am in the morning, darling had woke me up already. Maybe because we slept too early last night.
Anyway since we're up so early, quickly i got myself prepared and off we go. Left home at 7.30am to have our early breakfast at West Plaza. For me, i had the $2.50 breakfast set (omelet, 2 slices of chicken ham and 2 slices of bread with tea) and for darling, he had the $2 breakfast set (2 poach egg and 2 slices of bread with coffee). Also i did went to packet my lunch (economic bee hoon to go with chicken wing and cabbage). After which, darling sent me off to work.

Supposed to have free lunch on every wednesday from suppliers but don't know why they sent today. Thus i got no choice, but to keep the food that the supplier gave till dinner.

After work, headed off to East Coast, Big Splash there. As we had arranged to meet up papa and mama there for the babes night out at Vista Bistro. Since we're early, so darling and i went to the beach side for our dinner. Had the food (nasi padang - rice, drumstick, long beans and fish cake) that i brought from workplace.
Till mama called, then we went over to Vista Bistro to find them.

What i can say is, we had a wonderful night as we got the entertainment there from the organizer of the company function. Ended the night around 10pm after our drinks.

After work, headed home for dinner. Thereafter, went to the washing bay with darling to bath our precious again.

Darling is on night shift today, thus for the whole of today. We simply eat and sleep again (like what i've done yesterday).

My coughing is getting from bad to worse, thus had sent a sms to Jason to inform him that am going to see doctor.
Went to the family clinic at Elias Mall alone as darling is working and no one is at home. Seen the doctor and got myself 2 days MC. After which, headed home to prepare myself my 3 meals.
Cooked porridge again, but this time i only used "gan bei" and sweet potato. Halfway through cooking, something happen to me. I burnt my hand, big big part of it. Quickly i went to wash/ cool my hand under the running tap and put alot alot of moisturising lotion on it.

Had some porridge and medicine and went to bed. Whole day, sleep, eat, take medicine.

Since i'm the first to wake up in the morning and everyone in the house are sick, i decided to cook for everyone. Cooked a big pot of porridge which consist of "gan bei", broccoli (hope i spell it correctly) and sweet potato. Had only add in a bit of salt and light soya sauce as to make my porridge more tasty for them (but personally, i prefer not to add any).
By the time everyone is awake, the suppose to be breakfast had became their lunch. =(
Initially was worried that the porridge could not finished but in the end, it did. All been cleared, finished.
After which headed to ah ma's house at around 3pm. Chit chatting with everyone, had a can of beer (shared with darling), watched TV and had dinner before we off at 8pm.
Headed to Giant to get some grocery for the week then back home.

Woke up early morning as today darling is bringing me out to do some CHARITY. Thus, we left home early together with our breakfast (potato salad), to pump petrol and had our precious bath before we reach destination.
We're the first to reach, therefore, we settle down to take our hearty breakfast together in car. Then slowly, all the cars came. Had a few group photo at the big carpark in Thomas before we went off to ACS building.
Waited for quite awhile to get the hampers onboard which need to be send out to 3 families. Got the address for 2 at Geylang Bahru and 1 at Boon Keng (actually my old place there). Together we left ACS building with a little boy from BB, who's also a first timer there. Spent less than 2hours to get it completed.
After which, we went down to Newton Circle to meet up with the other members from FJC for lunch. Then home sweet home to rest.

About 2years ago, had a gathering with Hui and Yin at a Hotel (don't know how to spell it) for pre-xmas dinner. And once again, we had it again this year, but without Yin this time as she is busy and unable to join. Had some new members to join in, and they are Hui's hubby, Hui's baby boy, Hui's Sis and my dearest darling.
Meet up 6.30pm, total 5adults+1baby=6 of us had dinner at Suntec City for steamboat at Chong Qing, which is located at B1.
Although i'm having sore throat and cough, this doesn't makes me to cancel the appointment. We had "yuan yang" soup, chicken and "mala" for the buffet.

I didn't eat much cos my throat is in pain. The best eater is Hui's Sis, she really can eat alot. Anyway we spent nearly 3hours there and thereafter darling and I went back straight after passing the xmas gift that i bought for baby and Hui.

Stayed home for dinner and went to bed after watching the 9pm channel 8 TV programme, The Nonya.
